Deborah Howard Psychotherapy collects and uses information about people with whom it communicates with as part of its business activities. We know how important it is to keep your personal data safe and that is why we are committed to making sure your privacy is protected every step of the way.

Deborah Howard Psychotherapy regards the lawful and correct treatment of personal information as very important to the successful and efficient performance of its business, and to maintain confidence between those with whom it deals.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Deborah Howard Psychotherapy does not collect any personal information about you on this website, apart from information which is volunteered by you. Under the UK Data Protection Act 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage of any information to prevent unauthorised access.
For general web browsing, no personal information is revealed to us.

How is your information used?

During the process of providing services through Deborah Howard Psychotherapy, we may collect some personal information from you to ensure you have everything you need in order for us to install your boiler, heating system, boiler service or repair as well as other services for your home. This information will only be used for administering your contract with Deborah Howard Psychotherapy and to support the delivery of the services you have asked us for.

• Telephone numbers (including mobiles)
• Tenant details (if a landlord)
• Email address
• Date of Birth
• Payment details (Direct Debit, credit/debit card number)
• Property details e.g. House, flat etc.
• Boiler details (make and model and age)
• Details of any additional authorised parties who can manage your requirements on your behalf.
The information requested during the application/quote process is required to complete the sale of the
product or service and forms part of your contract with us. Unless otherwise stated, the information you
provide will not be used for any other purpose without your permission. Please note that if any of the
information/data is missing from the application or is incorrect; we may not be able to process your
requirements.

Using Information from Third Parties

We sometimes use data provided by third parties such as lead generation websites and manufacturers we work with, using this data as a means of generating sales enquiries that you have given your details to so to fulfill your product and service requirements. Any data we collect in this way will only be used by us and not shared with any other parties without your permission. In processing your order, we may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.

Keeping and storing your Data

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we’ll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet any contractual obligations. If you are a customer of Deborah Howard Psychotherapy or have been in the past, we will not hold any of your personal details for longer than 7 years from the time your relationship ends with us. Holding on to such data allows us to keep accurate records for tax purposes and other compliance bodies and also for any future queries or complaints. Any other personal data used for prospecting and quotation requests are kept for a maximum of 90 days unless otherwise required by law.

Any data we hold is securely held on databases/cloud systems secured by passwords so no unauthorised access can be made. We aim to take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated in accordance with this notice and applicable privacy laws.

Sharing your Data with Third Parties

Third parties include a Finance Lender (where applying for a finance option). Unless agreed with yourselves, we will not share your data with any third parties.

Keeping you up to date

Whenever we collect personal information we will ask you how you would like us to get in touch in the future. If you have given us an email address or mobile number you may receive messages relating to the management of your policy with us such as service or appointment reminders or confirmation. If you would prefer not to receive these messages just let us know.
